Key Responsibilities Resolve day-to-day tech errors and provide troubleshooting support directly to all system users. Manage and maintain the organization’s technology systems Assist with new hire onboarding by setting up user accounts and configuring required devices like cell phones, tablets, and computers. Oversee networks, databases, and IT security protocols to protect company data. Create, update, and manage strict procedures for tracking company equipment and user assignments. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role or a related technical specialist role OR degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Strong knowledge of network protocols, database management, and IT security standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical errors, discuss new workflows, and teach correct processes to team members. Self-motivated and dedicated to completing projects in a timely manner; comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with Apple and Microsoft computer programs such as Excel and Word Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required) 5+ years of experience in an IT support role or a related technical specialist role IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Fundamentals.
