You'll handle hands-on troubleshooting across desktops, mobile, AV, and market data, while improving the systems and processes behind them.Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport users across Windows, macOS, and iOS, resolving hardware, software, network, and market data issues quicklyHandle onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and account administrationSupport AV and conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, Cisco)Configure and manage mobile devices through Intune or similar toolsSupport VDI environments for secure remote accessTrack and resolve requests in an ITSM platform and maintain the knowledge baseFind opportunities to automate and streamline support workflowsTake part in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotationRequired Qualifications2- 4 years of IT support experience in financial servicesOnsite in New York City, five days a weekAvailable for after-hours and weekend on-call rotationBachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldExperience supporting Windows 11 and Office 365 in an enterprise environment xhyhwjd Knowledge of identity and access management, user management, and security groupsExperience with endpoint management, software deployment, and packagingSolid networking basics (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDriveWorking knowledge of AV and conferencing setupsComfortable supporting traders, executives, and analysts directly with a polished, professional approach
