He will be devoted to the Great Commission in agreement with the priorities and doctrinal positions of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, bearing fruit consistent with Paul's instructions to Timothy: above reproach and of good repute, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, sober, gentle, generousand a stable and respected leader in his own family.
