Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to assist customers through online chat. The representative will respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve basic issues, and ensure each customer receives a positive support experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customers through live chat.
• Answer questions about products, services, orders, accounts, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns when possible.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company procedures and customer-service guidelines.
• Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Protect customer privacy and confidential information.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their concerns are resolved.
• Meet established customer-service and response-time standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written communication and typing skills.
• Professional and courteous communication style.

• Basic computer and internet skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer-service or chat-support experience is a plus.
