Join Oral Facial Dental Implant Surgery Center as an Oral Surgery Assistant and make a meaningful difference for patients receiving advanced surgical and implant care. This in person opportunity is ideal for a skilled dental assistant, oral surgical assistant, chairside assistant, or registered dental assistant who wants to grow in a focused, patient centered clinical environment. You will support complex procedures, work closely with experienced providers, and help patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.

What You Will Do:

• Provide confident chairside assisting and four handed dentistry support during oral surgery, dental implant, periodontal, and restorative procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, supplies, and patients so procedures run efficiently, safely, and comfortably.
• Capture high quality digital X rays and assist with clinical documentation in accordance with practice protocols.
• Support patients before, during, and after treatment by offering clear instructions, reassurance, and compassionate service.
• Assist with impressions, crowns, dentures, and other restorative or surgical workflow needs as assigned by the clinical team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment while following sterilization, infection control, and patient safety standards.

What You Will Bring:

• You bring proven chairside assisting experience and the ability to anticipate the needs of dentists, surgeons, and patients during active procedures.
• You hold X ray certification and can produce accurate digital radiographs while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
• You understand dental terminology and clinical workflows related to oral surgery, dental implants, periodontics, general dentistry, or restorative dentistry.
• You communicate with professionalism and empathy, helping patients feel at ease during procedures that may feel unfamiliar or stressful.
• You are dependable, detail oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards for sterilization, organization, and clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, or oral surgery dental assistant is valued.
• Familiarity with dental implants, nitrous oxide, coronal polishing, root canals, endodontics, or dental prophylaxis can strengthen your contribution.
• Experience taking impressions and supporting crown or denture workflows is welcomed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Earn a competitive annual salary of $45,880 to $57,920 , based on experience and qualifications.
• Receive health insurance, a 401(k), vacation leave, and holiday pay.
• Work in person at our Glen Mills, Pennsylvania location, collaborating directly with a dedicated clinical team.
